Violations of the above terms may result in rs5 suspending or permanently closing accounts without prior notice.
Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the rs5 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals can be made via approved payment methods including bKash, Rocket, and Nagad. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits.
Account Verification
Account verification is mandatory for withdrawals. Identity must be confirmed via National ID or other government-issued documents. Incomplete verification may delay or suspend withdrawal requests.
Balance, Duration & Bonus
Bonus balances have specific time limits and wagering requirements listed on the bonus page. Failure to meet these conditions within the set timeframe may result in bonus cancellation. Fraudulent payment activities may lead to balance forfeiture.
Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties
Limitation of Liability
Rs5 is not liable for the following:

Rs5 is not responsible for the content or services of any third-party websites linked on the platform. Visiting such sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Rs5 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:
- In case of serious violations of the terms.
- If fraudulent activity or collusive cheating is proven.
- If registration is done with fake identity or false information.
- When violating applicable laws in Bangladesh.
- Managing multiple accounts by the same person.
Rs5 generally sends email notices before suspending or closing accounts, but serious violations may result in immediate closure without notice. If you wish to close your account, contact support ([email protected]).

Applicable Law
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Both parties will first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. If unresolved, the competent courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction.
